According to Article 40 of Law 7/2017, of November 2, which incorporates Directive 2013/11/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 21, 2013, on alternative dispute resolution in consumer matters into Spanish law, the client is informed of the possibility of contacting an accredited alternative dispute resolution entity in the event of a consumer dispute.
