family background
Located in the heart of Alquézar, one of Spain’s most beautiful villages, we offer a unique dining experience that combines Aragonese culinary tradition with locally sourced ingredients.
Founded in 2009, our restaurant is the result of the efforts of two sisters who decided to preserve the traditional flavors and recipes of Aragon.
A home-grown project
Ana and Mari, who were born in the very house that is now home to Casa Pardina, are the visionaries behind this culinary project.
From the very beginning, our passion for Aragonese cuisine inspired us to revive traditional recipes and share the flavors of our region with our guests. Over time, we have worked tirelessly to make this restaurant one of the leading establishments among the restaurants in Alqúezar, where tradition and modernity come together.
